One observation in communities and organizations, are those who, because they "don't want to rock the boat," don't stand up to bullying or even "ist" (racist, sexist, heterosexist etc) behaviour. How to resource people to be true allies. (And perhaps to understand that this behaviour, both the bullying and the bystander silence, is more damaging to the group than learning to have the hard conversation.)
