Bullies in our midst

How do we build capacity to stand against them?

In this episode, Krista and I talk about how people become bullies and why we sometimes end up electing them. We also talk about how we build capacity in our communities so that we resist the temptation to align ourselves with bullies when they offer us protection. Watch the video to find out how we relate this back to the way that forests are networked.

The two books we reference are The Bully, the Bullied, and the Bystander and Extraordinary Evil, both by Barbara Coloroso.

The next webinar in our Leadership for Liminal Spaces program is on Thursday, February 27th. In this session, we’ll be talking about what it means to be a Grounded Guide. Join us!
