Thank you for this warm conversation which feels so timely for me personally. This is my second week off of Instagram after being on there daily both for business and social connection. I have been jotting down how my nervous system has adjusted to the changes, and it is unbelievable. Interestingly I have seen a much deeper connection to myself and gratitude. It really is fascinating to think about the idea of community and relationships in a time of social media and so much online interaction. The thing I resonated with too was when you said, "Our work is rooted in real conversation." The depth of how we show up online feels really important at this time.

I appreciate how you explore this relational reality that we are living in these days . “Our work is rooted in real conversation “ is so true, I think, for our people at CFHS and it brings such joy and connection to my life. Thank you!
