I have been jotting down how my nervous system has adjusted to the changes, and it is unbelievable. Interestingly I have seen a much deeper connection to myself and gratitude. It really is fascinating to think about the idea of community and relationships in a time of social media and so much online interaction. I live in Darwin Australia where our legacy media lie and manipulate local information to cover government corruption. Therefore I need to read, share and learn from the community through social media. Trust after COVID has been lost. Global governments and institutions, lobbyist ete are taking us to war. I do not like being on social media but it is a necessary evil.
