Why does it feel so confronting to discover that one of our beliefs might be rooted in false information? How do our beliefs shape our identity and why does it feel like a challenged belief is a threat to our identity? And what does this all have to do with our core needs (safety, belonging, identity)?
We have some exciting things coming up…
If you want to be in a safe/brave place where you can be honest about your beliefs and admit your mistakes without having to fear rejection from the group, come join us for 10 weeks online: Whale Song: A creative space for maturing women.
I’ll be doing several public events in Belgium in September:
Sept. 11, 2026: a keynote address on Holding Space in Challenging Times at this Festival.
Sept. 15, 2026: a free evening of conversation on the topic of Holding Space.
Sept. 19, 2026: a day-long workshop on grief and playfulness (Together with my colleague/friend Koen Joly).
Sept. 21-23, 2026: an advanced Masterclass on Holding Space.
Sept. 28-29, 2026: a two-day workshop on Eldership: The Wisdom You Carry (together with with my friend/colleague Fanny Matheusen).
We’re on a summer break from Become a Grounded Guide, but you can join us again in August for the next module on Understanding People.
